&lt;b&gt;Ingredients&lt;/b&gt;

250ml water
1/2 small apple, chopped
1/2 banana, halved and sliced
2 tablespoons sultanas
pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
50g porridge oats
1 tablespoon oat bran
honey to serve (optional)

&lt;b&gt;Preparation method&lt;/b&gt;

1.In a saucepan, combine all ingredients; bring to the boil. Cook for 5 minutes, or until oats are tender, stirring occasionally. Drizzle with honey to serve if desired.</description>
